| Watchmen Director's Cut To See Screenings Posted: 25 Jun 2009 05:30 PM PDT
A director's cut of Watchmen will be released in Los Angeles, New York, Minneapolis and Dallas a week prior to Comic-Con International in San Diego in late July. The unusual release will culminate in a special screening at Comic-Con, followed by commentary from director Zack Snyder and a feature that will allow viewers all over to participate simultaneously. The event will be archived for future access. The film performed lukewarmly in its original release, with critics mixed over the results, but Snyder maintained that "I'm proud of the movie. It does everything I wanted it to." Did U see it? Thoughts???? |

We're not sure what kind of marriage-hating bug crawled up Joy Behar's ass, but she has just announced that she will not be marrying her long long-time boyfriend, Steve Janowitz, even though she recently announced she was ready to. The reasoning? Oh, you know, just that old bag fickleness creeping up in her business. She revealed: "I'm getting my own talk show on HLN, so I don't have to get married anymore." This is "Actually, I got cold feet again, so I don't know what I'm going to do. It's off the table. What'll happen is, when I decide to do it, I'll do it, and then everybody will know I did it. I can't make up my mind." Luckily, her on/off fiancé is okay with the decision. "Steve is fine," Behar said. "He says, 'Do whatever you want.'" Make up your mind! [Image via WENN.] |

Even walls start to crumble at the sight of Robert Pattinson! Filming was brought to a stand still yesterday on the set of R-Patz's new flick, Remember Me, as "a crack in the wall of an old property nearby widened, setting off warning alarms placed to monitor the damage." The fire department arrived at the scene with a crew of 20 firefighters to get the situation under control. R-Patz AND a slew of hunky firefighters. Ugh, why are we in California?! An on-set source said the delay caused a number of problems as the they tried to film around the disturbance. But ever the professional, R-Patz refused to let a silly, falling building interfere with his work. An onlooker says, "Robert was concentrating on his scene. But most of the crew were staring nervously at the crack in the building and talking about whether it will fall down or not. Don't you let anything happen to our R-Patz, NYC, if you know whats good for you! We need him back here in one piece! [Image via WENN.] |

…But he isn't seen with his on-again/off-again lady friend, Bar Refael. Must mean they are off-again! Anyway, seemingly single and ready to mingle, Leonardo DiCaprio stopPED by Hollywood hotspot MyHouse on Wednesday night, arriving with a group of guy friends and keeping himself very low-key. That was when he arrived. When he stuck around, he became the life of the party ordering a bottle of vodka for the table and eventually invited some lucky ladies over to his table. He had his security guard be his wingman and usher over some ladies that he handpicked himself. A source reveals that Leo spent the majority of the evening sandwiched between two pretty mystery girls, one blonde, one brunette, and whispering sweet celebrity nothings into their ears.
