Don't eff with the tabloids!

The Ohio police chiefs behind the ploy to sell pics of SJPee-Pee's surrogate mother's home apparently dug their own grave!

Sources are claiming the shady pair of police who snapped 15 pics of the surrogate's shambolic home tried to sell the exclusive pics to the National Enquirer and demanded twice the $$$ the Enquirer offered them!!!

Greedy!

The tab supposedly offered police chiefs Barry Carpenter and Chad Dojack $15k for the pictures, but when Carpenter and Dojack wouldn't go any lower than $30,000, the Enquirer ratted them out!

Carpenter claims he was "just messing" with the National Enquirer, but the tabloid says they were not involved in the scandal in any way.

We call BS!

On both of them!

Shady shady. You can't even trust the cops!

Glambert's Former Label Defends Tracks!

In an attempt to drum up more press, the label head responsible for releasing Adam Lambert's old recordings is speaking out!

John Hecker, CEO of Hi Fi Recordings, claims that the American Idol runner-up co-wrote the tracks on his album, On With The Show, which Hecker plans to release this summer.

Hold up!

Co-wrote???

We recall Glambert saying: "Back in 2005 when I was a struggling artist, I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else."

Hecker tells a different story!

"The music's amazing," the Hi Fi Recordings CEO tells Billboard. "There are some uptempo [songs], there's some that rock a little more, and there are some songs on the same tip as Want. It's a real album that's coming out, not just a conglomerate of a bunch of songs. This is all original material — as a matter of fact, Adam wrote a lot of it."

Inneresting!

Hecker claims Glambert stopped into the studio days before the Idol finale and was "blown away by the material."

And even though the label head hasn't talked to 19 Entertainment because it "wasn't relevant" at the time, Hecker is confident releasing Adam's album before the new Glamberella material is out is in no ways illegal

Says Hecker: "We would never put anything out that wasn't fully owned by the parties involved with all the rights secured. We were really careful."

And of course, Hecker believes what he is doing is best for Glambert's career!

"I'm working [Adam's] brand with as much care as anybody could," he concludes. "I do not want to hurt this guy, I want this guy to be as huge as he should be, and I think this music is only going to help."

Hmm…

Sounds to us like this guy just wants to ca$h in on the Glambert's recent rise to fame! Smart!

Woe is LeAnn!

The country singer turned Lifetime made-for-tv movie "star" is complaining to anyone who will listen about the pressures of being in the media spotlight!

Well, that's what happens when you become a public figure, bb.

Oh, and when you cheat on your husband with your co-star!!!!!!!!

Just sayin'.

So what do we do backstage at a Lady GaGa concert?

We take silly pictures, try on wigs, and have lots of girltalk!

Specifically, GaGaloo was telling us about how amazeballs her performance is going to be at the MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday, which Perezaloo is going to be a presenter at.

The MMVAs are even building a very cool set - just for her!

The wifey and I had so much fun in Toronto on Friday night. We love this city. We love this country.

Twilight Star Denies Dating Womanizer Grenier!

Ashley Greene says she is most definitely not Adrian Grenier's latest girlfriend!

Mhmmm, sure!

Sounds to us like the Twilight star is in denial!

"I don't know where that started from!" Green exclaimed over the claim she "got super cozy all weekend" with Grenier after a surfing event last weekend.

Ashley continued to deny: "We ended up being at the same event and we were surfing, and we chatted and of course there happened to be a picture taken of that."

Green explained to reporters that she has yet to dip her, er, foot in the Hollywood dating pool and she's been "single forever."

We believe you!
