Miss Universe Australia winner Rachael Finch is amidst controversy after complaints she made about her contract with the pageant, which were leaked to the media. In a letter sent to Miss Universe America, Rachael claims she was rushed into signing a three-year exclusive contract by Miss Universe Australia, which has become a "prison sentence". "I had not slept in the last 24 hours, was about to speak to an international audience on television and was being told to 'hurry darl'," Finch said in the letter. "In my world, most nights I lay in bed for hours, crying, trying to come to terms with what I have to now deal with." A little dramatic, but she is a beauty queeen!! According to a pageant source, "Under the (Miss Universe Australia) contract, bringing the brand into disrepute is grounds for instant dismissal." Less like a prison sentence and more like a gag order!!!!!! Finch, who was crowned in April, has not commented publicly about her claims, but is devastated that they were leaked to the media. Miss Universe Australia representatives claim that they did not the know the pageant winner was unhappy until being contacted from the media. Of course they didn't!! What was she supposed to say?! Even though both parties have kissed and made up, a quickly-expanding number of online protestors are petitioning for David Letterman to be taken off the air for his off-collar joke about Sarah Palin's daughter! They've also threatened to boycott the sponsors of the Late Show until he gets the axe! Morons!!! Over 30,000 people have made the "pledge" on FireDavidLetterman.com to boycott the products sold by the sponsors and even organized a protest outside the Ed Sullivan Theater on Tuesday in NYC. Once again… morons!! Said Michael Patrick Leahy, spearhead of the campaign: "David Letterman's comments were disgraceful and beyond the bounds of common decency… It is highly inappropriate for a 62-year-old man to make sexual insults about a 14-year-old girl." Leahy then went on to compare Letterman's joke to the extremely racist remark radio host Don Imus made in 2007 (calling members of a female basketball team "nappy-headed ho's") that eventually got him fired. How could anyone ever compare the two??? CBS has yet to release a statement or comment on the issue, but we can't see the network firing Dave anytime soon! Do U agree with the protest??? For the first time, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are speaking out against the many tabloid rumors surrounding their marriage and their sexuality. Plinko Smith gave a very candid radio interview this Tuesday in Atlanta and laughed off rumors that the way their marriage works is hiding their true sexuality. Jada confesses: "I've heard all the things — their marriage is not real, he's gay, she's gay, they swing. But at the end of the day, people have to believe what they have to believe…One thing Will and I are not here to do, is like, what's real for us is what's real for us, so you can either get on that bandwagon or not. I'll tell you what, it's too hard to be in a pretend marriage. Life's too short for that one." Will agrees with his True. True. And in all honestly, we don't believe their gay at all. But maybe bi! | McLovin Gets Slapped On The Air By NY Anchor! Posted: 16 Jun 2009 04:30 PM PDT Christopher Mintz-Plasse went a bit too far during a recent interview. The star of Superbad was on New York's Fox 5 news to promote his latest flick with Jack Black, Year One. But when reporter Rosanna Scotto mentioned if it was strange that Christopher's mom sat in while he filmed the sex scene for Superbad, he jokes "That's not normal? Mom's don't sit in on their kids having sex? Come on, you've seen your daughter having sex!" Hah. And that innocent joke caused the news anchor to smack his leg, prompting some nervous laughter in the background. Just why is this reporter so defensive? Do we detect a promiscuous teenage daughter perhaps? What do U think: Did the reporter acting unprofessional or did McLovin cross the line with his joke? |

Get ready for more Leonardo DiCaprio. Unfortunately! Reports are saying that Leo is joining forces with the writers of another famous gambling flick, Ocean's Thirteen, to script a movie about the Internet casino craze in Costa Rica. Who knew there was such a thing??? Storyline spoilers are somewhat scarce, but the movie's premise has promise and at least it is original. Sources explain that the Costa Rica has slowly become the Internet's Las Vegas, with lenient laws. money flying around, and no taxes. No production dates are set yet, but we hear Leo has TONS of projects in the works so it might be awhile before this one sees the light of day. Could make for an interesting film. Now the lawyers are getting involved! Carrie Prejean is thinking of suing Miss California USA for defamation, but now the pageant is threatening to counter-sue! For "churlish insolent misbehavior"! Ha! The legal documents issued to Prejean on Tuesday read: "If Carrie Prejean wants to assert in public that she was courteous, cooperative or professional in her conduct as Miss California USA, the history of her churlish insolent misbehavior can be presented." Turns out Prejean lied when she publicly said she didn't sign on for a book deal! Along with fibbing about her book deal, the former Miss Cali also turned down 39 public appearances!!! 39! And the kicker? The legal docs claim Prejean is guilty of defamation herself when she stated that Miss Cali rep Keith Lewis "pressured" the homophobe into appearing in Playboy!
