Leonardo DiCaprio might be the only person in months to make a profit on housing property! Did DiCaprio flip his $6.35 million Malibu home for almost $8 million?? Although his property was listed at $7,999,000 (almost $1.25 mil more than Leo bought it for in 2007), the sales price has yet to be disclosed. The Malibu abode is a 2,374 sq. ft. two-bedroom two-bathroom property that sits atop the bluffs in the seaside town along the PCH. We'd be shocked if it actually sold for Leo's asking price! A report of LOLhan sober??? Are our eyes playing tricks on us?? Because girl is lookin' bombed in those pics to us! La Loca Lohan showed up to the AXE Lounge in Southamption this weekend with her brother Michael instead of saMAN on her arm. Spies at the event revealed exclusively to PerezHilton.com that LOLhan didn't take one stinkin' drink the whole night!! Says the spy: "My table was near her table and I never saw her drink an ounce of alcohol. She was texting/twittering with Samantha all night and really dancing next to the dj booth. (she tweeted about coming to the club!) Although she is thin, her skin looked really great up close and she seemed healthy….and, well, happy." Is Lindz cleaning up her act for real this time?? Yet another baby is on the way for American Idol alum, Bo Bice! Remember him?! The season four contestant's wife, Caroline, is knocked up for the third time and will be bringing a baby brother or sister home to 9-month-old Caleb James and 3-year-old Aidan Michael in January. Susan Boyle is taking a night off! The singer, who just recently checked out of The Priory mental clinic in London, has decided not to perform at tonight's Britain's Got Talent tour stop in Manchester! Reps for the tour say Boyle is taking a "one off rest day," nothing to be alarmed about. But is she well enough to make it through the entire tour??? Maybe SuBo should take it easy! A private funeral to bury and honor the memory of the late actor, David Carradine, was held in Los Angeles on Saturday. The burial took place over two hours and was attended by a number of recognizable names, including Lucy Liu and Ali Larter. Over 400 people attended the funeral and sources shared that the attendees were spotted with programs of "a smiling photo of the actor in a tuxedo on the cover, and a sketch of him on the back above lyrics to The Allman Brothers Band's Midnight Rider." Our thoughts continue to go out to his grieving family and friends. |

Finally back in their own element! Speidi landed at LAX on Saturday night after a tumultuous two weeks in the Costa Rican "jungle" (how many nights out of 14 did they spend in the jungle anyway???). The seksiest celebs? The ones who give back! Brad Pitt's brother Doug announced that the Brad Pitt family (we're assuming that includes Angie and the kids), Doug and his wife Lisa and Rob and Julie Neal (Brad's sister) are making a $1 million donation to St. John's in Springfield, Missouri! The donation will be used to pay cancer specialists staffed by the hospital, as well as "new 31 pediatric unit, a 10-bedroom hospital-based Ronald McDonald House; and double the size the neonatal intensive and pediatric intensive care units." Because of the generous donation, the center will be renamed St. John's Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center, after their mother. Always pay it forward! [Image via WENN.] |
