Does this really make a difference? According to US Officials, the "swine flu" that has killed over 150 and has millions worried, will now have a new name. The flu shall henceforth be called the "2009 H1N1 virus. We kind of like swine flu better. It rolls more pleasantly of the tip of the tongue! During a briefing on Tuesday, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, said "This really isn't swine flu. It's H1N1 virus. We want to say to consumers here and abroad that there is no risk to you, there is no scientific evidence whatsoever that there is any link between consuming pork, prepared pork products, and the H1N1 virus." Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano added that "We are establishing an operations coordination task force to deal with the 2009 H1N1 outbreak." Basically, the international prices of U.S. pork dropped greatly this week when other countries like China, Russia, and the Phillippines cancelled their imports of pork from the US and Mexico. So this seems more like a financial decision to change the name! But, either way, it's important to note, you will NOT contract the Now go have some bacon! |

It was only a matter of time before this happened! The blushing bride may have extra reason to blush very soon! According to Life & Style, Heidi Montag is currently in negotiations to pose for Playboy magazine and her new hubby. Spencer Pratt, is encouraging her to do it. Wow, we can't believe that. Really? And it seems Spencer is working on a deal to land her $500,000 for her goodies! An insider tells the mag that Heidi "wants to do it. It's just a matter of working out the details." Well, sources confirm to PerezHilton.com that this is most likely going to happen. However, we're told, "Heidi won't be required to get naked for Playboy." WTF???? No nipple or vajayjay we're told. Guess they're not breaking up any time soon! Representatives for Sarah Jessica Parker, 44 and Matthew Broderick announced Tuesday that the couple is expecting the birth of twin daughters this summer. The babies will be delivered through a surrogate pregnancy. The Sex and the City star and her actor husband are "overjoyed," according to their publicists. Hulk Hogan just needs to stop talking to the media. His remarks a few weeks ago, about "understanding" OJ Simpson, have caused him more negative backlash than he could have expected. But, now his soon to be ex-wife, Linda Hogan, is gonna make him pay for those statements - literally! Aside from having her rep already publicly comment on it, the lazy "housewife" now wants more money so she can move away from Hulk, whom she's "afraid" of. According to documents filed in a Florida court, Linda is claiming that she needs an extra $8,200 so she can move "thousands of miles away" from Hulk. Oh, and an extra $24,000 for "advanced rent and security deposits" so she can move to California. Apparently, she feels she in "imminent danger of becoming a victim." Isn't that what you get a restraining order for? Oh. wait, the judge would actually need to see real proof that he's a danger to you. And it get's even better for Linda. If he doesn't pay up, she'll file a domestic violence injunction against him. And part of those terms will be that he can't talk to the media negatively about her. Does Dennis Rodman have ANY good qualities? Last year the douche was arrested for beating his girlfriend up. And, then, a few weeks ago he was kicked out of a hotel in Los Angeles for disorderly conduct. Apparently, the former Celebrity Apprentice loser was acting like a total douche and started to grope the female guests and began yelling profanities. And that's not the first time he's done it either! A judge has just ordered Rodman to pay a former Las vegas beverage manager at the Hard Rock casino over $200k! The incident took place back in 2006 when Rodman grabbed and "humiliated" 28-year-old Sara Ure. Ure accused Rodman of "grabbing her and forcing her to dance, holding her against her will and slapping her backside in front of subordinates and patrons." She filed a civil lawsuit against him in late 2007 to which Rodman never responded. Well, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. They're still filming new episodes of The Real World? Well, they were, at least. Production on The Real World: Cancun has been shut down in the wake of the Swine Flu outbreak in Mexico. The crew and 7 young cast members were shooting at a resort on the beach when production was halted April 17th. But, don't worry, wherever they go they will still have their herpes. |

Fat Actress alum Kirstie Alley will be making an appearance on Oprah this Thursday to talk about all the weight she's gained back. Rumors have surrounded the Scientologist for a few years now that weightloss program Jenny Craig kicked her to the curb for porking up. But, in light of Alley's upcoming Oprah appearance, Jenny Craig is speaking out about Kirstie. A rep for the weightloss company says:

Just a few months ago, Lisa Rinna was positively begging for a spot on the upcoming Melrose Place reboot, but now the Botox Babe is singing a different tune. Rinna told EW, "I don't think I wanna go back anymore. Seriously, I watched some old tapes recently — Harry [Hamlin, her husband] and I were going through stuff. It doesn't feel right! It feels weird. I've changed my mind. You can't go back!" Unfortunately, she's still hellbent on an acting "career," because she says she feels "like I have another great character in me. I think may be a Mrs. Robinson type. I'm gonna put that out in the universe. Third time's a charm." The only thing she has inside of her is silicone, Botox, and hot air - a lot of it!
